Show me Love was released over just over a week ago and it appears to be doing well already.

The track was released on the back of another hit Ma1 that catapulted the musician to the top of local charts. Pee Kay said he was happy with the response that he has got on the track.

“The response has been very positive. I think the lowest rating the track has got so far is a 7/10 which is still very good,” he said.

“We will be performing at the Unplugged concert at Thorn Tree Lodge in Glen Lorne on August 31 which will be opening up a series of other shows to come.”

The musician who was a judge at Miss Curvy in Kariba last week said he had a great experience performing at the same event.

“The performance was great. Initially we were also supposed to perform at the after party on Saturday (yesterday) but we have resolved not to perform since it will be more or less the same set up,” he said.

“There are several other appearances that I will make, for example, at The Grain Beach Party.”

He said he anticipated bigger shows in the near future.

“The biggest shows that I have performed at so far are the Carnival, the Uhuru show at Belgravia Sports Club and the OK Grand Challenge which had around 30 000 people attending. I look forward to events of that magnitude in the near future,” Pee Kay said.

The artiste’s manager Kevin Kumire said they have also lined up a regional tour that will see them perform in South Africa in September.

“We will be travelling to South Africa at the end of September,” he said.
