Johannesburg — International real estate group Fine & Country on Friday announced it has opened an office in Harare, Zimbabwe.

In a statement, the agency said it hopes to bring a fresh approach to the property market in Harare.
The real estate’s new office is located in Borrowdale, a wealthy residential suburb in the north of Harare. CEO and licensee of Fine & Country Zimbabwe, Karen Nyenga, said the property group had assembled together a well-trained and influential team that is knowledgeable on local, regional and international trends.
“We also have the desire to achieve and exceed our individual personal goals. Most importantly, we love what we do. The passion is genuine,” Nyenga said.
Fine & Country, a global real estate brand with more than 300 offices internationally, specialises in providing premium property service through marketing in the upper quartile of the market.
Nyenga said Zimbabwe is still a very good country to invest in, or own, property.
