The teaser of the explicit video has already gone viral with more than 60 thousand views on social media and is set to accrue more as days go by.

“We are going to launch the full- length video after the teaser has sent tongues wagging on social media,” said Zoey.

“It is not every day that a singer launches a video. Zimbabweans are accustomed to musicians who launch albums, not videos.”

Titled Muzvambarara, the video is arguably the most explicit song off the new Muringa compilation video album that is also set to premiere next month.

The video was shot at Bamboo Gardens in Mabelreign where Mafriqmusicfactory outfit held its debut and annual Muringa Music Festival.

As usual, Zoey doesn’t disappoint, matching the racy lyrics with equally erotic costumes and dance moves.

The video opens with Zoey managing to make her expression look sexy, while she rolls an intriguing dance move, clad in a revealing dress, flashing all of her assets in a bedazzled pink bra and panties.

The sound is fresh and danceable, with a heavily synthesised baseline and up-tempo that is currently rocking Africa. Brown Sugar also does justice to the beat, making sure to drop some lyrical punch-lines and undoubtedly affirms his signature as one of the pioneers of dancehall music in Zimbabwe.

Zoey says she is happy working with Mafriqmusicfactory, the outfit that she credits for having nurtured her musical talent and creativity.

“I am excited about this new video and I am optimistic that it will surely go places in telling the real story about the creativity that is in me. Most importantly, Mafriqmusicfactory has done a great deal in assisting me musically”, she said.

On the other hand, Brown Sugar is overwhelmed with this piece of work and says this is one project that is certainly going to speak volumes about his stable and the works that Mafriq has in store for all music lovers.

“You got to love Muzvambarara; for me, it is a video song that is hot and contemporary. It was awesome working with Zoey and I simply loved every moment. She loves and respects her art,” said Brown Sugar.

“I believe it is one of the video songs to look out for in 2016 as we embark on this journey and quest to reach the next level musically.”
