JINGLE, jingle! When propaganda goes on interminably, people get bored or irritated, the result can be devastatingly the opposite of the intended goal. — Tsveruka, Murambinda.
THE July 18-24 edition of the MMPZ media review was hard to read because of the many missing letters and words therein. I hope such oversight will not continue. Otherwise bravo! — L John
****** WE are not a poor nation at all, especially when considering the fact that most-demanded minerals on earth are scattered all over Chiadzwa. It will be a lie to God and the world to keep on crying like babies at the same time begging for what we already have. It is bad. — N Moyo, Warren Park D ******
FOR me the constitutional outreach has lost credibility. Did the MDC actually believe that our oppressors of decades would act justly? Clearly, we Zimbabweans are unable to organise a party in a brewery! For the sake of the people let the NCA and the churches do the outreach monitored by the UN. Politicians are the pits! — Nan ****** POSB has failed to deliver despite its promises on our national broadcaster Radio Zimbabwe. Everytime I go to Mpandawana Zimpost to withdraw my hard-earned cash they refer me to Masvingo because of cash shortages. It’s okay monthends but I fail to understand this anomaly during the middle of the month when there is less pressure for cash. They simply cannot deliver.— Ndachinja Mabhengero, Mpandawana.
****** THE general population of Zimbabwe would like to see a list of all leaders who plundered, stole and extorted commercial farm assets. We would also like to see a list of militia, army and others who stole animals and assets from villagers etc. Why aren’t all these people in court? God is watching! — Justice
****** WE say no to all tribalist leaders. Why must tribe always come into it? Can’t we simply be Zimbabweans? There must be a law against hate speech. The president often sets a bad example. Zimbabwe belongs to God not Zanu PF.— Anon
****** CHEGUTU people are suffering. Has the government ever checked the state of the General Hospital in our small town? Babies die during birth and we are forced to go to the private doctors. Many accidents happen between Selous and Chegutu but the hospital cannot cope. Records of people dying are shocking. — Tony, Chegutu
Thanks to the new constitution-making process which is underway. It is a great achievement provided it comprises the views of every Zimbabwean.--NM
