Probe Gono over Mliswa’s RBZ loans PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 31 July 2010 20:32

THE Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe governor, Gideon Gono should be investigated for improperly dealing with embattled Zanu PF’s Temba Mliswa.
Mliswa allegedly defrauded the RBZ US$3,5 million when he was the personal fitness trainer of Gono.

This showed that no due diligence exercise was undertaken in considering giving Mliswa the loan. He took advantage of his personal relationship with Gono to defraud the country.

As a result Gono should be investigated over this issue and he should come clean or should also be made to account for his shady deals with Mliswa.
Gono made millions of people to suffer while he diverted money to his friends in Zanu PF through the black market.

People suffered, some died as they failed to access their monies from the banks while people like Mliswa aided by Gono were milking the country dry.
The relevant authorities should take action and make sure that Gono is made to account for his actions.
