Schoolboys off to Craven Week

THE Zimbabwe Schools rugby team has only tomorrow to practise together before departing Sunday for the Craven Week in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The teams will then be placed in groups of three based on their performances in the first matches.

Falcon College headmaster Reg Querl returns to the team after missing the Under-19 World Cup in South Africa with the Zimbabwe team in March when players raised concerns about his commitment to the team.

Former Sables coach Godwin Murambiwa is now the team’s assistant coach while ex-Sables hooker Mzi Nyathi replaces Patrick Gumunyu as manager.
