That was wrong indeed because her counterpart in Zanu PF addressed the same gathering in siNdebele. It’s those small things that we take for granted that matter the most — let’s be very careful lest we lose our popularity because of such behaviour. We should be circumspect in the way we handle people, especially at grassroots level.
I find it hard to believe that DPM Khupe, whose constituency is Makokoba in the heart of Bulawayo, would fail to appreciate the need to communicate with the people in their own language. Let’s not sacrifice our credibility.
