Cindy rocks BBA tonight

BY MELISSA MPOFU Zimbabwe’s Cindy Munyavi (pictured right) and High Definition will perform at the BBA live eviction show tonight, sharing the stage with Ethiopia’s Nhatty. Cindy revealed that she was thrilled to be among the stars performing before a live audience, as well as for the hundreds of thousands of BBA fans across Africa.Last year, Stunner performed at one of the BBA eviction shows and managed to mesmerise fans with his hit tracks and dance moves. Cindy will perform with High Definition dance group to give her performance a hip-hop touch. High Definition has become a popular and widely acclaimed dance group during the past few years and the group has their eyes set on international success.

Cindy has released two albums to date, and performed as a lead-in artiste at the recent Sean Kingston concert which was held in Harare. As a result of that appearance, she has become the only Zimbabwean performer invited to record a song with Kingston, something she will be doing later this year.

Previously she performed at the local concerts held by Beenie Man, Akon  and TOK. She has also collaborated with various local and regional performers, and has been nominated for various music awards.

Liz Dziva, Multichoice Zimbabwe public relations manager said she was excited to see Zimbabwean artistes being promoted on BBA.“Big Brother Amplified is a show that reaches across Africa and gives a wonderful platform on which to showcase this exceptional local talent to a wide international audience,” said Dziva.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwean representatives, Vimbai Mutinhiri and Wendall Parson are safe from eviction as the battle is between South Africa and Zambia who seem to be playing less popular in the Tails house.

The four representatives: Nkuli (South Africa), Kim (Zambia), Luclay (South Africa) and Mumba (Zambia) are all up for eviction from the BBA house today.

Luclay decided to put himself up for eviction as he chose not to nominate anyone, automatically earning himself a spot among the housemates that might be packing their bags tonight. Karen (Nigeria), the most unwanted housemate as she had the most nominations, escaped possible eviction as she was saved in a last minute decision by Head of House, Miss P (Botswana), who put Mumba in her place instead.

One of these housemates might leave the Tails house tonight while another might be taken to the Heads with two returning to the Tails house if Big Brother uses the criteria he used last week Sunday which saw Danny being taken to the Tails house from the Heads house.
