The hosts, dominant in a field of six schools, clinched the honours with 458 points with North Park coming a distant second with 280 points.

Highlands and Avondale primary schools finished third and fourth respectively with Borrowdale and Halingbury occupying the last two spots.

Pool Pump and Filter Centre, sponsors of the event, dished out certificates and hampers to all schools and pledged to do more to uplift local swimming.

Audrey Marwa, the company brand manager said they were committed to developing swimming at grassroots level.

“This is our way of giving back to our customers who used our products and we hope to continue supporting swimming to nurture future stars for tomorrow,” she said.
