The musician returns to UK due to public demand following memorable performances when he visited the European country in July this year.

Macheso and his band will leave the country on Wednesday.

They will perform in London on Friday and Leicester the following day.

Macheso’s manager William Tsandukwa said fans in the UK must look forward to memorable shows because the band will be sampling new songs.

“The new songs are well-polished, so they must look forward to great events,” said Tsandukwa.

“We are going there to show that the band is growing stronger with each album release and the upcoming album is definitely going to be a scorcher.

“Fans that have heard our upcoming songs admit we have now developed to a higher level.”

Macheso recently introduced the tora bute dance that has been well-received while the zora butter dance routine is making waves across the country.

Tsandukwa said although they will be sampling new songs, fans have to wait a little longer before the release of a new album.

“A lot of people are calling and asking us when the next album will be released, but they have to wait until we return from UK. Everything has been put in place, but there are some technical issues we are sorting out,” he added.

Macheso has been staging a string of farewell shows ahead of the tour and today he will perform in Beitbridge.
