Dream Air together with Central Air services will for the second year running host a Valentine’s Day treat for lovers through an initiative called Sky Valentine.
In a recent interview with The Standard Style, Dream Air managing director Kudzai Mushonga said after a successful project last year which saw couples fly around Harare in chartered planes, they decided to have the same event for the second time.
“We had the event last year and it was a success. Dream Air has decided to make this an annual thing which will be one of its promotions,” Mushonga said.
“This year’s promotion comes with lots of improvement as we have included some packages that we did not have last year.”
He said the reason behind the Sky Valentine idea was for couples to have a unique and once-in-a-life time romantic experience.

“We want to move away from old ways of celebrating Valentine’s Day by coming up with new initiatives that we feel will bring a more romantic experience to couples,” he said.
Mushonga added that the event will see couples being picked up by posh cars before they are flown in chartered planes around the capital. Dream Air will later host a Valentine’s Day dinner for the lovers at a local hotel.
“We believe that Valentine’s Day is a special day for lovers and as a company, we have decided to play a part in helping people celebrate this important day in the sky,” said Mushonga.
He said this unique Valentine’s Day treat gives lovers an opportunity to celebrate their life in a different way.
