The prophet is one of the preachers operating in the country who claim to have been endorsed by popular Nigerian televangelist Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as TB Joshua.

Ever since invading Chitungwiza’s Unit L community hall, the same venue where famous prophets Walter Magaya and Emmanuel Makandiwa started, Prophet Miracle Paul’s services are now attracting large crowds among them foreigners, mainly because of Abraham’s Tent.

When The Standard Style visited the church last week, its spokesperson Abel Mutambirwa confirmed that there were more than 45 foreign delegates, 13 from Mozambique, seven from South Africa, two from Namibia, 11 from Uganda and 12 from Zambia.

“As a church, we are now contributing positively to the country’s economy through religious tourism. It can only be the doing of the Lord and His grace,” Mutambirwa said.

“We are noticing a significant number of foreign delegates coming to our church and this is in a way contributing towards rebuilding of Zimbabwe as these visitors are bringing in foreign currency.

“Some of the foreigners are booked at our guest houses, while others are booked at hotels in the city and that is bringing business to the country.”

Mutambirwa said the Abraham’sTent was used as a medium for God’s deliverance just like anointing oils and wrist bands. He said inside the tent was a spiritual TV where congregates visualised visions of their prophecies on the walls of the tent.

South African Ephraim Davison said Zimbabwe was blessed to have such a servant of God.

“I came here with chest problems and I decided to come after our neighbours told us about their experience in the tent. My wife encouraged me to come so we prepared ourselves to come a few days before the service and today [last Sunday], I saw the power of God,” he said.

“The heaviness of my chest is gone. When I got into the tent, I felt burnings on the chests before the pain disappeared. God is real and he has healed me, I want to go to the scan and hear what the doctors have to say about my case. I was scheduled for an operation on May 29, but I do not think it is no longer necessary.”

Prophet Miracle Paul is also famed for a deliverance service dubbed Dziva Reruponeso where people are delivered in the church’s artificial pool for breakthroughs.
