Zimdancehall sensation Nutty O has grown from strength to strength in the showbiz despite a spiral of the list of names of young talented artistes that have emerged at the turn of the decade.

Born Simbarashe Chiwadza, the 27-year-old Zimdancehall musician has carved his name in the country’s hall of fame. But what is behind the magic of the Bless My Hustle hitmaker?

“Real life experiences are behind my music. I simply portray to the world what I go through or what I see other people going through,” he said.

Lately the youthful musician has been active on social media where posts of his jams on YouTube have attracted immediate hits.

“I am also active on Instagram and Facebook and I must say I am amazed by the following and support of fans,” he said.

At the tender age of 21, Nutty O was signed to Kenako music. In 2017 he was then signed under Military Touch Movement (MTM) that is fronted by Jah Prayzah. He has up to now stayed in that stable.

He rose to fame when he broke into the international circles of music when he featured on DJ Edu’s Destination Africa Show on BBC 1 Xtra with Kwandabva Kure song. He also featured in a song with Etana, a Jamaican international artiste whose album was Number 1 on the Billboard Reggae Hot 100 for severa weeks and it was nominated at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

“I am working on some new project that I am confident will excite all my fans. I promise all to be just a bit patient and see what we are cooking when it is ready,” said Nutty O.
