CENTENARY-based apostolic prophet Madzibaba Jonah, born Biggie Musanzika (pictured above), has urged his congregants to report returnees who escape or avoid undergoing the mandatory quarantine at designated centres.

Most Covid-19 positive cases in Zimbabwe have been attributed to returnees Madzibaba Jonah has since gone digital and is holding his prayer sessions and healing sessions on social media in a bid to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We are urging our congregants and the country at large to report returnees to health workers and the Covid-19 taskforce for them to be quarantined,” he said.

“The habit of escaping is a bad habit and border jumpers should go to quarantine centres to combat the deadly disease.”

Mashonaland Central province has recorded four cases of Covid-19 and they were all returnees.
