The Dutchman, who has also coached Nigeria, wedded his long-time lover, 24-year-old Lillian Ndhlovu in Cape Town in November.
The 69-year-old gaffer is now coaching Namibian club, Black Africa.
“We have been in love for the past nine years and we are still madly in love,” Westerhof was quoted in the Informante newspaper. “I hope to bring her to Namibia.”
Westerhof married ex-Zimbabwean model Tendayi in 1999 before divorcing in 2004.
“Lillian is from Bulawayo. Bulawayo has bullets!” said Westerhof in apparent reference to former Zimbabwe captain Peter Ndlovu, who also went by the nickname “Bulawayo Bullet”.
Aids activist Tendayi made headlines after she published her first book, Unlucky in Love, which tells the story of a woman who endures an abusive relationship and is infected with the HIV virus by her husband.

Although the characters in the book have fictional names, she says the story tells her biography. She claims that her ex-husband slept with her secretary, constantly abused her physically and ultimately infected her with HIV.
In 2005 Lillian hit out at Tendayi accusing her of being a “gold digger”, bent on damaging Westerhof’s reputation in media interviews and in her book.
