Internet demand on the rise in zim’s urban areas

Business
Internet demand is high in most urban areas of Zimbabwe, but existing players have been failing to meet the requirements of their over-subscribed customers.

Clients have complained about the need to have to use four different service providers and still have no reliable connection.Concerns have been raised that the service may soon encounter similar challenges as Utande is sharing the platform with other Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

Locally-based internet users have also complained that some ISPs keep selling a finite supply of bandwidth continually but this consequently reduces the quality of the connection, which results in customers feeling that they are paying much more than what they are receiving.
