Manicaland province police spokesperson Inspector Enock Chishiri said: “When the security guard proceeded to investigate, he saw the deceased lying on the floor with an empty container of Zed beside him.”
The deceased was bleeding from the nose and mouth.
The security guard alerted a senior teacher who also attended the scene.
