The four-member team of two boys and two girls would form part of the 60-member Team Zimbabwe that would go to Zambia on Wednesday ahead of the multi-sporting discipline competition that starts on December 4 and finishes on December 17 in Lusaka.

Zimbabwe would be banking on Laina Sithole who had a good outing at the All-Africa Games in Maputo last year, winning bronze at the Zone Six Games in Swaziland in 2010. Rhoda Duladula would partner her in the girls’ category.

The boys category would see the battle-hardened Emmanuel Shara carrying the hopes of the country, partnered by Arafat Machama.
