Under the “Ageless Rainbow Promotion”, one just has to call the group’s central reservations desk, mentioning his or her age and then receive a discount based on the person’s age.
One is required to present a national identity document, passport, driver’s licence or birth certificate to qualify for the promotion.
RTG corporate communications manager, Eltah Sanangura said the Rainbow brand appreciated that Zimbabweans across all ages were central to the success of the group.
“If you are a group, your average age becomes your discount factor. So whether you are senior citizens, families, couples, friends or an individual, holidaying will never be the same with the Rainbow Tourism Group,” said Sanangura.
“Your age is your discount off accommodation only and the offer is extended to all with a 65% discount threshold, which simply means that if you are 65 years and above, you get a 65% discount.”
Participating hotels include Rainbow Towers Hotel and Conference Centre, New Ambassador Hotel, Kadoma Hotel and Conference Centre, Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel, Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel and the A’zambezi River Lodge.
