PE wins Under-20 tournament

PRINCE Edward High School lifted the inaugural Hammer & Tongues Peter Lovemore Memorial Under-20 Tournament after beating Mufakose High II 1-0 in the final at St George’s College yesterday.

Tino Kadewere, who scooped the Golden Boot award with six goals, scored the priceless goal for Prince Edward.

Vainona High School beat Marondera High School 1-0 to clinch third position in a tournament that was graced by household names, such as former national team coach Norman Mapeza who was assisting St John’s College.
