Premiership action to resume midweek

CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League action resumes this Wednesday following a three week hiatus due to national team commitments. Surprise package Harare City, who lead the 16-team table with 12 games to play are travelling to Dulibadzimu for a date with Tripple B.


In Zvishavane fading FC Platinum plays hosts to a rejuvenated CAPS United at Mandava while 2008 Champions Monomotapa who are on position 11 take on Hwange at Rufaro.

On Thursday Dynamos will have a chance to field their new signings Benjamin Marere, Oscar “Mahindra” Machapa, Victor Kamhuka and midfielder Milton Makopa when they take on bottom placed Motor Action, while army side Black Rhinos who have in their ranks veteran striker Gilbert Mushangazhike travel to Triangle United FC.

Thursday: Shabanie Mine FC vs Buffaloes FC (Maglas Stadium) 3pm, Dynamos FC vs Motor Action FC (Rufaro Stadium) 3pm, Triangle United FC vs Black Rhinos FC (Gibbo Stadium) 3pm, Black Mambas FC vs Highlanders FC (Morris Depot) 3pm.

Friday: Chicken Inn FC vs How Mine FC (Barbourfields Stadium) 3pm SS9.
