Nomads tournament is an all-inclusive event whose major aim is to raise money for the underprivileged.

Tournament coordinator, Marange Resources chief executive officer Obert Dube, said that they were expecting fireworks at the tournament adding that a number of provinces were set to benefit from the tournament.

“This is an annual charitable event that is hosted by Southern Region countries, so this time is our turn. We are going to host South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Swaziland,’’ he said.

“Since it’s a charitable tournament, we have done a lot in helping old people’s homes and orphanages. In Zimbabwe we have Midlands, Mashonaland and Matabeleland as the provinces that are set to benefit from this initiative.’’

Nomads golf was first established in South Africa in 1960 with the legendary Gary Player as the patron and its membership has since grown with players from different countries joining.
