The activists under the banner of #ThisFlag Citizen Moment waved the Zimbabwe flag as they urged morning shoppers in Avondale and Borrowdale to sign a petition calling for Undenge’s resignation.

Evans Mawarire, a Harare based pastor who inspired the movement through videos on Facebook in April, said 5000 people had signed the petition so far. He said they were targeting 10 000 signatures before the petition is handed to President Robert Mugabe for action.
