Lyn said women needed to look beautiful to express their full potential as well as the ability to lead “because feeling beautiful through makeup, hair and overall appearance make up the woman”.
Speaking recently at the launch of her new saloon in Avondale, the 32-year-old beautician said every African woman was beautiful and their beauty could be enhanced with use of African-made cosmetics.
“I believe every Zimbabwean woman out there is beautiful, but beauty needs to be enhanced. l have brought these cosmetics specifically for the African woman because l discovered that most of the products out there are manufactured targeting women in general,” she said.
With more than 100 000 followers on her Facebook page titled Beauty Platform, Lyn offers hope, guidance, encouragement and tutorials to women with a dream to live in beautiful spaces, look younger and feel alive.
She opened her first beauty salon in Avondale to make it possible for Zimbabwean women to access a wide range of her cosmetics.
