Yadah FC (1) 3 Bantu Rovers (0) 1
YADAH FC finally got their revenge for the humiliating 7-2 defeat they suffered against Bantu Rovers in May after cruising to a comfortable victory at the National Sports Stadium yesterday, which moved them five points clear of the relegation zone.

A first half penalty by midfielder Wellington Kamudyariwa eased the nerves for the home side, who despite dominating the entire first half, were in danger of going to the break with nothing to show for it after missing a glut of scoring opportunities.
The hosts survived a scare early in the second half, with Tapiwa Khumbuyani’s dividing header being controversially flagged offside in the 56th minute.
However, two goals in a space of three minutes by Moses Demera and substitute Johannes Sibanda in the 69th and 72nd minutes respectively ensured Yadah returned to winning ways after last week’s defeat to Dynamos.
Bantu Rovers got their consolation goal two minutes from time through their best player on the day, midfielder Nigel Papias.
