The event in Jerera drew hundreds of people who were entertained by Radio Zimbabwe DJs and urban grooves singer Enock Guni.
Potraz research executive Phibion Chaibva said the infotainment programme was designed to help Zimbabweans understand their rights.
“We want to educate consumers on their basic rights.
“Consumers should exercise these rights when they consume postal and telecommunications services in Zimbabwe,” Chaibva said.
“Now that the consumers are well-informed and aware of their rights, we are receiving complaints from various consumers across Zimbabwe.”
