South Africa-based Zimbabwean gospel artiste Claud Rabson, popularly known as DJ Rabaaz, whose song Wasaririra dominated Zimbabwean gospel musical charts in 2020, has released a single titled Huya Uone (Come and See).

The single is part of his coming fourth eight-track album titled Minana.

He told Standard Style that he released the album on Friday morning as a way of praising God who continues to do wonders in his life.

“I cannot imagine life without Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour. We are living under trying times and one ought to thank the Lord every day of their life for the graciously given gift of life,” DJ Rabaaz said.

The album, Minana, would be DJ Rabaaz’s fourth production having released Tendeuka, Muvhangeri and Ndaiwana Shamwari (Jesu).

DJ Rabaaz said the forthcoming album carries eight songs and features Nicholas Musonza who plays the acoustic guitar while Nashe Ayret provides the backing vocals.

The artiste also promised to collaborate with a prominent local gospel musician on one of the songs on the album.

Recorded and marketed under RabSim Records, this is a second single released from the forthcoming Minana album.

“The single is now available for streaming and can be downloaded from various online music platforms,” said DJ Rabaaz.

Produced by King Solo of Dopiro fame, the single is a follow-up track to Tirikupembera released late last year.

DJ Rabaaz is not new in the musical industry, having worked as a drummer with a number of local artistes such as Noel Zembe, Bulk Spirits, Sydney Maratu and Mambakwedza Band, the late Franco Hodobo, King Isaac as well as the Mozambican duo of Teresa and Awendile, just to mention some but a few.
