My Dear People
The declaration by Generari that the day of reckoning for corrupt wealthy individuals, who have no track record of any business operations is nigh, has set tongues wagging across the country.
The warning, which was made at the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce annual congress last week, is widely believed to be referring to the burly and arrogant tenderpreneur and ex-convict, Wicknell Chivayo , who has splashed money and vehicles to prominent personalities like confetti at a wedding despite no known track record of any business operations .
I, your good doctor, am convinced that this warning by Generari is nothing more than a load of hot air we have become accustomed to from this dispensation of poverty, darkness and confusion.
Despite the setting up of two anti-corruption bodies by the Scarfmore regime, the level of sleaze in the country has actually worsened as evidenced by the well documented malfeasance within the corridors of the regime by the Auditor General’s office annually which gather dust on shelves in the offices at Munhumutapa building.
The warning by Generari might excite some of you but I can assure you that nothing will materialise from these empty threats.
If anything, under this so-called second repubric, we are likely to see the multiplication of more of these dodgy businessmen who feast from looting the country ’s coffers dry at the expense of the welfare of the country’s citizens.

There has been an increased effort in recent weeks by the regime to talk up the funny money known as Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG).
The coup cabal has been waxing lyrical about the stability and increased use of a currency that depreciated by nearly 50% within less than six months after it was introduced despite it being backed by tonnes of gold and millions of dollars in foreign currency.
Zanu PF motormouth, Chris Mutsvangwa has even ridiculously claimed that the ZiG is the best currency in the world despite the fact that it cannot be used to buy fuel nor to secure a passport.
It is a source of huge embarrassment that the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority have warned that the use of this so-called best currency to buy fuel would be suicidal as it would result in diesel and petrol shortages.
It is laughable that this funny money which has already spawned increased inflation which the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe governor, John the Second called “temporary”, is being celebrated by regime apologists as a master stroke to the country’s economic ills.
The only reason the funny money has been temporarily stable is because of the gymnastics at the central bank of a tight monetary policy which has created a major liquidity crisis.
It is little wonder that the International Monetary Fund is hesitant to establish another State Monitored Programme with the regime calling for more reforms before they can even begin to think of putting it in place.
Given the disastrous failure by the regime to meet the benchmarks of the previous SMP, it is understandable that the Bretton Woods Institute are reluctant to have their fingers burnt again as a result of the incompetence of this regime.

The ineptness of this regime barrelled into power on the back of guns and tanks has been exposed by the strike by the University of Zimbabwe lecturers which has now gone for more than two months at the expense of the students at what was once the pride of the country’s education .
There is no solution in sight despite the acknowledgement by the Scarfed One that it is unacceptable that the lecturers’ salaries have been whittled by a staggering 87 % due to the currency madness of his regime.
The students are now being forced to sit for examinations despite not having proper lectures for more than two months.
It is a mess of scandalous proportions that has laid bare the cluelessness of this regime which prioritises exceeding the budget to buy vehicles for chiefs while ignoring the catastrophic situation at the University of Zimbabwe, which could result in the churning out of substandard degrees.
This disaster would have not been allowed by Gushungo, who was a champion of education in the country as evidenced by the country’s literacy rate which stood head and shoulders above the rest of the continent.
In one fell swoop, this dispensation of poverty, darkness and confusion has taken the country’s education into the abyss.
This is what Gushungo meant when he said there was no competent successor to his wisdom imbued and telescopic foresighted leadership.

The circus in Zambia over the burial of former president Lungu has sucked in Scarfmore and Co.
The Zambian government has made a court application to delay the burial of Lungu with claims that the late former president went to South Africa using a Zimbabwean passport.
The state media recently told us that Scarfmore as Sadc chairman had sent Generari to ease tensions in Zambia over the funeral arrangements for Lungu.
However it has turned out that the Scarfmore regime has instead worsened the tensions through the provision of a passport to Lungu.
You really could not make this up!!!
