A fool and his money are soon parted

The ruining party continues to plumb new lows with its campaign to foist tenderpreneurs on people as Ngwena’s idea of his own succession.

My Dear People

The ruining party continues to plumb new lows with its campaign to foist tenderpreneurs on people as Ngwena’s idea of his own succession.

Rallies are being held in Harare under the guise of explaining the controversial Mutare resolution to force the government to begin the process to mutilate the constitution to allow for the term extension.

Poor residents are being lured to the midweek rallies with promises of food hampers, with many leaving the gatherings midway after realising that they have been taken for a ride.

The objective is quite clear, they want to create a false impression that Ngwena’s preferred successor has massive grassroots support, which is far from the truth.

Some people will soon learn that Zimbabwe is not for sale. Various known criminals, including ex-convicts, drug dealers and gold smugglers, see themselves as being on top of the food chain already.

People whose source of wealth cannot be explained are dishing out cash like confetti at a wedding in the name of empowerment.

What I have come to know about my fellow Zimbabweans is that they will take your money and chow it, but when it comes to the ballot they know where to put their X.

Those of you who are old enough would remember the eccentric Sikhanyiso Ndlovu, a veteran Zanu PF minister, who once thought money was everything.

He bought kombis for his Mpopoma constituency in Bulawayo and when the MDC emerged ahead of the 2000 elections he still thought he was home and dry.

But when the historic polls came, he was humbled by the hitherto unknown Milton Gwetu, who probably did not spend any penny on his campaign because he was not a man of means.

Both men are late, but their lesson remains relevant for those who care to learn from history. As sure as day follows night, the day of reckoning for zvigananda is nigh. Kikikikikii

Their dirty money will not wash them in the eyes of wiser Zimbabweans.

Manhize was again throwing toys out of the pram in response to the SDA elder’s blistering campaign for the top job in the land.

He summoned the press corps to Shake Shake building to ostensibly update them on the happenings around the nonsensical resolution number 1.

Frothing at the mouth and throwing out big words as usual, Manhize claimed that Ngwena has made it clear that he is not interested in hanging on to power as alleged by the likes of Garwe and Mudha.

He said nonetheless, the resolution instructing the government to start the process of extending his term beyond 2028 remains the ruining party’s position. If that is not confusion then nothing is.

I, however, understand why Manhize would want to engineer such confusion.

He is an interested party. In his circles he has declared that he is the best candidate to take over the reigns in that dead party.

His rant against the ambitious SDA elder should be understood in that context. He accused him of promoting xhenophobia by calling for the exclusion of foreigners from certain sectors of the economy.

The motor mouth said the elder was a candidate of the Herbert Chitepo School of Ideology as he still needed some ideological orientation kikikiiikiki

It is shocking to hear that the likes of Manhize still think ideology is relevant in the ruining party, which has been completely captured by zvigananda!

Does he think someone like Weaknell has any clue about nzirazemasoja or the leadership code that were the foundation of the once revolutionary party under the leadership of the legendary Gushungo? Kikikiki

Munopengaaaaaaa. Stop it!

Zimbabwe’s anti-corruption Rambo aka the Sabhuku is unrelenting in his crusade to bring Generari to account for his alleged transgressions, but no one is paying attention it seems.

After threatening fire and brimstone when he began his campaign on X with promises of an earth shattering expose, he still subjects his followers to doses of innuendo and rumours.

His modus operandi has left many asking whether he is not doing the bidding of zvigananda that are  feeling the heat from the Generari’s stand against parasites, who are milking the government dry using their proximity to power.

Sabhuku, who, himself has been accused of illegally seizing a Scottish businessman’s Zimbabwean venture and throwing hundreds of people that were dependent on the business out of employment, must first clear his name before pontificating about accountable leadership.

He should not take Zimbabweans for fools. What further dents his credibility is the political flip-flopping.

Today he is telling us that Ngwena is presiding over a corrupt government and it’s high time that we must hold him accountable and tomorrow he is accusing those speaking out against zvigananda of treason.

He must decide what he really wants to stand for: an anti-corruption crusader or a gun for hire at the disposal of zvigananda.
