IN your issue of September 11 Constantine Chimakure postured that he would like Tsvangirai to sign the deal for the sake of signing, or risk being rendered irrelevant.
This fits perfectly well with the Zanu PF agenda. This agenda was exposed by this newspaper long before the talks began. An article appeared warning that Mugabe was going to offer Tsvangirai a deal that he knows perfectly well Tsvangirai would refuse. The question I ask Constantine is “what powers are being shared?”
