IT is sad to note that Zanu PF has taken the constitution-making process as a contest between themselves and the MDC formations.
It has become a contest between the MDCs and Zanu PF which has turned the process into a battlefield whilst they forget about us the people who put them into power. This illustrates why the whole process should be people-driven and not Zanu PF-driven so that they don’t try to foist the Kariba constitution draft on us. I also want to encourage the people of Zimbabwe that it’s their right to participate in this constitution-making process and be the drivers and not the passengers. I say no to a Zanu PF-driven constitution and yes to a democratically-driven one.
