Semi-legal govt indeed!

PRESIDENT Robert Mugabe (pictured) is reported as having stated that the present GPA cannot function properly because its composition is semi-legal. I totally agree with him. I am just surprised that people do not seem to understand what he means by this.

What he is talking about is the fact that the GPA is mainly made up of the two parties; one is in power through legal channels and the other is in through the back door and that is what makes this GPA arrangement semi-legal. Why is it that people want to oppose his view, even when he is simply stating the truth that everyone should know?
