Zanu PF is not the state

TREASON can only be committed against a state. Even if the Wikileaks stories about Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai are true, he was saying that the restrictive measures against Zanu PF should stay, not sanctions against the state of Zimbabwe.

Zanu PF is not the state of Zimbabwe. Journalists should be more thorough when reporting and point out such obvious facts. I am surprised that even some lawyers who have commented on this issue have failed to point out this obvious fact.
