Its headquarters is guarded 24 hours a day by the police, thanks to Augustine Chihuri’s Zanu PF membership. I am as sure as the sun will rise from the east tomorrow that this service is rendered for free. Co-minister Kembo Mohadi can‘t question the police because his experience with them in the early eighties left him with a big scar of fear of the police. Mohadi must have also given good induction to co-minister Theresa Makone to equally fear the police especially Chihuri, the avowed Zanu PF cadre. Because of this well-oiled training, the MDC-T iron lady has kept a deafening silence whenever her party MPs, ministers and activists are hauled to court for no apparent reasons. The fat people’s party is having a field day on all government assets. Its party campaigns, congresses, rallies and hero’s burials are run and funded by government which provides vehicles, tents, water, soldiers and ZRP personnel for zero payment. These are just a few of the perks that Zanu PF enjoys at the expense of the taxpayer. The securocrats are encouraged to work against other arms of government to give advantages to Zanu PF.
