The Ebenezer Crossover Night also seeks to promote Chivaviro’s song Ebenezer.

In an interview with The Standard Style on Wednesday, Chivaviro said: “Everything is ready now and we are looking forward to a successful night of song and prayer.”

Fifteen gospel artistes who include Charles Charamba, Noel Zembe, Lawrence Haisa, Mechanic Manyeruke, Kudzi Nyakudya, Rumbi Zvirikuzhe, Bethen Pasinawako-Ngolomi and Chivaviro’s wife Juliet will take part at the Crossover Night.

The musicians also featured on the song Ebenezer.

“We have lined up more than 15 gospel artistes who will take part in singing and we will also sing Ebenezer,” said Chivaviro.

Chivaviro and his team have already embarked on the Ebenezer Zimbabwe Tour and performed in Bulawayo, Gweru, Kadoma, Kwekwe and Gokwe. He is set to travel to Marondera and Mutare on January 2 before winding up his tour on January 3 in Kariba.

“We have been performing many of our shows outside the country. So this is the opportunity for us to bring the song Ebenezer to the people,” said Chivaviro.

The song has paved way for the meteoric rise to stardom for Chivaviro.
