Multitudes of people from different religions in the Asian country thronged the crusade dubbed, Asia for Jesus, Healing and Deliverance Campaign, which was held at Hydrabad Stadium in Andra Pradesh.
Mawoyo, who was guest speaker at the crusade, organised by more than 50 churches from India, said he was humbled to preach and minister in the Asian country.
“It was quite a humbling experience and many people from different religions in India attended,” Mawoyo said.
“Many received Jesus Christ and surrendered their gods after demons manifested in them as I ministered the gospel.”
Mawoyo said some “churches” in the Asian country had turned into striptease clubs, with some people engaging in idol worshipping.
“I was happy that I managed to convert many lost souls to turn to Jesus Christ,” he said.
