GOSPEL fans are in for a treat as some of the country’s finest upcoming gospel musicians are set to grace the launch of trending gospel musician Best Masinire’s album titled Mashoko (Words) in Harare on Friday.
BY ALBERT MASAKA
Masinire told The Standard Style that the guest of honour at the event to be held at Bush House would be Christ Embassy’s Pastor Ruth Musarurwa.
He expressed his joy over the unwavering support of his brothers in Christ, Flame B and Mathias Mhere, adding that their presence at the launch to support him was ample evidence of their unity of purpose.
Other young gospel musicians also expected to perform are Minister Tait, Malcolm, J Soldier, Tawanda Midzi and rising Christian poet Hey Hey Preacher.
“Flame B and Mathias are my big brothers in Christ. We have come a long way. Roping them in is a sign of togetherness in the gospel music fraternity, two is better than one,” Masinire said.
He said the message in the songs on the album Mashoko (Words) was a seed he was planting into the hearts of many people on the continent who were going through challenges.
“The Word of God is a seed and it is their power of attorney, the power that God gave each individual to change circumstances with our mouths,” he said.
