The Wabata Moyo singer’s followers across the board can attest that she oozes an attractive aura befitting her instinctive mission to serenade the listening ear with an effortless ballad of affection whenever she dates the microphone.

In a wide-ranging interview, the fashion devotee said the thought of love not only inspires her to write lyrics, but always fascinates her as a self-proclaimed “hopeless romantic”.

“Call me the Queen of Hearts, I am a hopeless romantic because I’m in love with love itself and it fascinates me. I find myself writing a lot of love songs whether I want to or not, that is just my thing, so I guess I’m a lover, not a fighter,” said Munyavi.

Unfortunately, we may need to ask her current partner or previous ones to get further details because stalking her on social media could earn us an ungracious “block”.

“Social media comes with its own pitfalls, you do get a lot of attention from men, but one has to be able to rate that for what it is, most people are just really well wishers, fans and people who are entertained by the pictures,” she said, explaining a bit about what goes down in the dm (direct message).

“Most people are well cultured and for those that go overboard there is always the block button, but unfortunately even after doing that some people retaliate and it gets a bit messy, but I will take it as an occupational hazard.”

But, can’t she just end the confusion by introducing Mr Right?

“I’m in a relationship and if it blossoms into something permanent, I will definitely introduce Mr Right to the world,” she says with a giggle.

Meanwhile, Munyavi, who is keeping her cards tightly pressed to her chest, has promised to unravel a bag full of surprises this year in both careers as a musician and businesswoman.

“2019 is a year of rediscovering myself, there are activities that I have planned that are different from what I have been doing before, I need my batteries recharged and my mind opened up to different things that I want to do this year,” she said.

Known to have an insatiable hunger for success that has seen her bag over 13 local and foreign awards in both music and business, Munyavi had a few inspirational words to give.

“There is no secret to success, I believe that it is a combination of God’s grace, people’s support and hard work and having the right people around you,” she said.
