GWERU-based socialite and popular wheel spinner Blessing “DJ Blesh” Nyanhete (pictured) has put together a hip-hop track which features UK-based musician and Greek Angel Constantinou.

The single titled Knocking at My Window is expected to be released onto the showbiz scene in few days’ time.

In an interview with Standard Style, DJ Blesh said he seeks to increase his fan base across the world.

“It is a great experience working with Angel Constantinou who is of Greek descends based in London. She is an amazing girl who is one of the best artistes l ever worked with,” he said.

The single contains some old school love feel and it is all about a boy trying to score his shot with a very beautiful girl.

“My single track is a love song with some old school love touch and the message is about a boy who is trying his luck to a beautiful girl,” said DJ Blesh.

He said the collaboration was being managed by UK-based Nigel Rubwe, who is also taking care of the production of the track.

“Our song has already attracted attention of international organisations, which already promised their support upon the release of the single. We are grateful for the recognition we are getting and we expect to attract more support elsewhere,” said DJ Blesh.

Like any other artist, DJ Blesh has been affected by the lockdown as he was forced to postpone his tour to Beira in Mozambique.

“l was supposed to tour Beira this month, but failed because of the travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 outbreak. I hope everyone out there is heeding the call to stay home and practicing social distancing,” he said.

The youthful artist urged other musicians to be multi-taskedso that they become relevant in all situations.

“Well, the thing is don’t depend on one trade. Always have other businesses that you invest in. Going digital is the way to go and another way of generating income,” he said.
