Dynamos piled pressure on log leaders Ngezi Platinum Stars after picking three points away from home to move into second on the standings.

Dynamos coach Genesis Mangombe was excited over the win.

''We wanted this win since we were playing away from home.

“This is a good result considering that there were so many factors working against us. I am happy with the result, hopefully we can build from this in the upcoming matches," he said.

ZPC Kariba failed to convert a glut of chances into goals after standing toe to toe with championship chasing DeMbare.

They are two points above the drop zone at 33 with five matches to go.

ZPC Kariba coach Luke Masomere remained confident of escaping relegation despite the setback.

"It's unfortunate that we played well but lost. Our journey in fighting relegation continues and come next year, we are confident that we will be in the premiership. We will utilise chances in our upcoming matches," he said.
