My Dear People
THIS last week marked the eighth anniversary since the Scarfed One was catapulted into power on the back of guns and tanks.
To say that Scarfmore’s reign has been underwhelming is a master of the understatement.
It is a leadership that has been riddled with woeful incompetence characterised by increased poverty and unemployment, high levels of inflation, currency volatility, power outages of up to 18 hours a day and scorched earth policies to name but a few.
Zimbabweans now know just how good they have had it under Gushungo after being subjected to eight years poverty inducing and confused dross that is the leadership of Scarfmore.
Under the Scarfed One public hospitals have become death traps with the lack of basic facilities and medication.
Vital cancer machines are still to be delivered despite the regime having already collected more than US$30 million through the sugar tax in stark contrast to the speedy delivery of luxury vehicles to pamper the military and chiefs.
The catastrophic situation in the health sector in which accident victims have had to contend with cardboard plasters is symbolic of the dismal fare served up by the regime of the Scarfed One.

The crackdown on demonstrations and protests by Scarfmore and co remains a benchmark of how this dispensation of poverty, darkness and confusion are strangers to the tenets of democracy and have turned the country into a banana republic.
The wisdom imbued Gushungo would have never been caught in sixes and sevens over constitutional lapses as we have seen with the self-proclaimed constitutionalist.
The attempts to subvert the constitution by smuggling a whole army commander into the Zanu PF politburo despite it being crystal clear in the country’s supreme law that no army official can dabble in partisan politics and the shameful faux pas of twice having had to withdraw ministerial appointments after falling foul of the constitution is abundant evidence of the leadership deficit of the octogenarian.
When one adds the ridiculous ban on bank lending that wreaked havoc on the economy, the failed restoration of the Zimbabwe dollar to the extent that the highest denomination was inadequate to buy even a sweet and the introduction of a currency that cannot be used to procure fuel or secure a passport, it is incomprehensible that there are some who actually think that such vapid leadership should be extended to 2030.

It was interesting to see Dr Amai 11 at the soccer match in Gweru where Scottland were crowned the 2025 Castle Premier Soccer League champions.
What raised the eyebrows, however, was the sofas that were brought into the stadium for Madam Page 2 to sit while watching the game.
Surely this is absurd that such upholstery is carried into a stadium for just ninety minutes or so of football.
Sofa kustadium kkkkk . Just when you think you have seen it all.
I am sure it would not have hurt to have Page 2 girl sit in the stands like everyone else as the aim was to show that even Dr Amai 11 can mix it up with the hoi polloi.
Even more preposterous was the portrait of Scarfmore placed behind her while watching the match.
This is taking the obsession of respect for leadership too far.
Instead of the intended respect this is supposed to being about, it only creates ridicule and contempt.
Sofas and portraits at a soccer match.
My foot!!
Munopengaaa!!!
The Zanu PF meeting held on Tuesday last week at Rufaro Stadium has had the various ruining party bootlickers waxing lyrical of its success.
It seemed to have escaped this excitable lot that the crowds that came to this snoozefest is an indication of the levels of unemployment and lack of productivity in the country.
That so many people could be free to attend such useless meetings during productive hours of the week is a damning indictment of the failure by the Scarfmore regime to create employment.
It is this failure that has resulted in the surge of the use of drugs by idle youths.
Instead of boasting about such crowds on a day when people are supposed to be at work, they should actually be hanging their heads in shame at the abundant evidence of how inept the Scarfmore regime is.
In any case it is clear to even the most naive fool that most of those who attended had come for the hampers that were on offer for those who were present at the talkfest.
To celebrate popularity based on using hampers as bribes, is stupidity on steroids and a reflection of the sad decline this country is experiencing as a result of this inept and probity deficient regime.
Munopengaaa!!!
It is rare for me to lavish praise on any individual within the set-up of the Scarfmore regime but I must applaud the education minister Torerai Moyo for his professional and sober response to queries by Fadzai Mahere on X about the sourcing of donations by learning institutions.
It was a refreshing difference to infantile youth minister Tino, who went on a rant about Mahere’s alleged affairs when he was queried on issues to do with his ministry.
Sadly Moyo’s responses are the exception and not the norm in this so called second repubric.
