Was Michael Jackson’s ‘death’ a hoax?

There are several conspiracy theories that have emerged indicating that Michael Jackson is still alive today.

June 25 this year would be the 16th anniversary of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson’s death according to press reports. The King of Pop is supposed to have died in 2009. However, suspicion has often been raised that his death is a hoax, as usually happens with big world stars.

There are several conspiracy theories that have emerged indicating that Michael Jackson is still alive today. He is supposed to have told his family and close associates that he would like to disappear from this world for a while and that they should keep that a secret.

Recently, the first thing that has come out is that he was spotted wearing an Afro wig only  two months ago by Naira and Ashanti at a shopping centre in Dubai.  It is said that when they tried to take a picture, he had disappeared after realising that he had been recognised.

Conspiracy theories had also spread about a Janet Jackson song released in 2015.

While listening to the song The Great Forever, a person heard a familiar voice. He then put it in a video editor and slowed it down, to realise that it was “Michael’s voice”: “I ain’t happy with what you diggin’, I’m busy living my life,” was the line the ‘late’ Jackson is said to have sung.

In December 2017, another video was published, according to which the King of pop music attended his nephew’s wedding in disguise. A man was seen in the background not far from his children, Prince and Paris. This man was  said to be Michael Jackson. .

Recently, Tito Jackson, Michaels brother died. A man resembling Michael was seen at Tito’s funeral only a month ago. He must still be talking to his family if this man was indeed Michael Jackson.

It is some of these conspiracies that many people find it difficult to accept that Michael died.

On June 25, 2009, the American singer is said to have died of acute propofol. intoxication in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 50. His personal physician, Conrad Murray., said he found Jackson in his bedroom at his North Carolwood Drive home in the Holmby Hills area of the city not breathing and with a weak pulse. He administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation  (to no avail and security called 911 at 12:21 pm). Paramedics treated Jackson at the scene, but he was pronounced dead at the Ronald Reagan Medical Centre at 2:26 pm.

The funeral arrangements made in 2009 for Michael’s death were a bit dodgy, making his fans and other people suspicious of his death. His family opted for a closed-casket funeral. The real truth surrounding Michael’s death is still yet  to be known.
