It is my singular honour to preside over the 42ndAnniversary of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) Day. This is the first time since 2019 that we are physically hosting these celebrations due to restrictive measures my Government had to take in order to protect citizens from the COVID-19 pandemic.
