Psychomotor activities…hahaha! Really? What does Josaya know about the relationship between cognitive functions and physical movement when he’s brain dead himself. Nxa!! Is this supposed to be a Government ministry, seriously? Women’s Affairs and Gender Ministry, for what? I bet you the next Cabinet will have a Ministry of Elections and Rigging Services and also a Ministry of State for Small Houses, Cheating and Anti-Gay Affairs!..smh

President, why didn’t you send Hungwe to occupy any other post in one of our High Commissions rather than creating a meaninglesss ministry. Hope Olivia will review the higher education policies that Mudhenge destroyed.

Again I am not so sure what new faces would do to improve the economy, when the man at the top remains the same. I think the attraction people have for new faces and variety in cabinet without changing the man at the head maybe just an illusion.

It’s now zanu in charge & in full control of the economy. I just cant wait to see how they steer the economy in a good direction, after putting much blame on the mdc. But then again, there are still sanctions hey!!!

  27. hondo September 12, 2013 at 9:55 am #

If america as big as it is can have only 16 ministries which they call departments and Zimbabwe having 26 plus 10 ministries = 36 ministries , those resposible for provincies are also ministries.
This is a cabinet of dead wood , vana webster Shamu zvavakatanga kuba chibage kuma 80s vachinzi vana charhles Ndolu ndokuchinja mazita avo bacause of the GMB scandal , vari kungoluma chete .

why have a provincial minister if they the the following structure for example in Harare and bulawayo

    1. Mayor
    2.District administrator
    3. Minister of Local gorvernment ( Vachiminya)
    4. MP
    5. Senators
    6.Councilors

I think they is a great duplication of function hence over represantation.

Kuluma kuluma , zanu pf will remain like that , hence the blunder which people made paconstitution is that they concentrated more on the president . They should have put a limit on the ministers, MPs , councilors and senators terms i.e you can not serve more than two terms as a minister, no matter the portifolios which you serve.

good lucky for the choosen few , ko ndivo vana mazesa bills mahombe anocancerwa kumapurazi , ndivo van maproperties akawanda mutown anokancererwa mabills , vana chiminya and other .

    Hard times aheard.
