AC Milan’s Brazilian playmaker Kaka and Villareal’s Chilean coach Manuel Pellegrini will be the first signings by Florentino Perez when he takes over as president of Real Madrid next week, a radio report said.

Cadena Ser radio said Perez would present Pellegrini at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium on Tuesday, and Kaka on June 4.

Perez led Real from 2000 to 2006, when it earned the nickname “Los Galacticos”, winning the Primera Liga twice and the European Champions League with such stars as Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, Luis Figo and David Beckham.

The 62-year-old is expected to be returned as president on Monday.

Cadena Ser said AC Milan is ready to release Kaka for 65 million euros.

Perez plans to replace Juande Ramos as coach with Pelligrini, who has been at Villareal since 2004. – Sapa-AFP.
