Botswana clubs snap Zim players

Botswana clubs have snapped three Zimbabwean players.

Tafadzwa Maingire, Audience Rundofa and Beaven Chikaka have joined Tafic. The players’ manager Omega Sibanda said the trio had signed one-year contracts each.

“The truth of the matter is that there are no monetary gains here.  Its bigger and better with the BeMobile League as close to 20 countries watch these matches on television. Their TV station has sport reviews every Monday and Wednesday which give my players much exposure,” Sibanda said.

Tafic is now home to Zimbabwean coach Blessing Moyo, the son to Paul Moyo who is also father to Zifa board member, competitions, Benedict Moyo.

Blessing, formerly with Notwane as a player, is set to take over as head coach at the club and looks to have a solid team after the club signed the Zimbabwean trio.
