New ethics committee for fifa

Fifa chief Sepp Blatter has announced a new two-chamber ethics committee for world football’s governing body.

One part of the committee will investigate corruption and the other part will judge on cases brought. The move comes after Fifa’s anti-corruption adviser —  Swiss professor Mark Pieth — presented a report to the body’s executive committee on Friday. But, there was no move to re-open investigations into the bids for the 2018 and 2022 World Cup.
