Premiership side Tripple B have had to host some of their home fixtures at Mandava in Zvishavane, due to the poor state of their home ground Dulibadzimu.

Matabeleland South Zifa chairman Nkosilathi Ncube yesterday said that they were hoping the new minister would use his influence to help with the upgrading of facilities.

“Our football development is hampered by the lack of facilities, especially here in Beitbridge,” said Ncube. He was speaking at a belated awards ceremony for last season’s best division two teams.

Richard Mutasa represented Zifa president Cuthbert Dube who sponsored the trophies and medals, through Buymore Investments.
