According to Zimbabwe Soccer Coaches Association (ZSCA) boss Beki Nyoni, the Level Two coaching course is meant to give some of the teachers who went through the Level One coaching course last year a chance to further their studies in football coaching.

The course will run from April 28 to May 4 with participants expected to pay US$100 as participation fees.

“Our wish as the coaches mother body is to see some of these teachers getting to CAF level coaching certificates. As an association we have a mandate to see to it that our members get chances to further their studies at certain intervals,” Nyoni said.

The new Zifa Technical Director Maxwell Takaendesa Jongwe will be the instructor at the coaching course.

A Level One coaching course ended on a high note in the capital yesterday at Alex Primary School.

Notable names that took part in the one week training course include football icons, James Matola, Allan Johnson, Eddie Mashiri and Tostao Kwashi.
