The PSL represented by Mabwe and Partners at the magistrate courts on Thursday confirmed the court order and vowed to comply with the garnish order which they were handed last month.

They made an assurance to pay Rosen the outstanding transfer fees. PSL and DeMbare were given up to October 2 to make the payment. Dynamos acquired the services of Kupera back in 2009 from Motor Action during their time in the premiership.

After making a part payment for the player, the then Farai Munetsi-led executive pledged to pay up the remaining transfer fees which they failed to do even after selling the player who featured only three times for the Glamour Boys to Kiglon.

The transfers fees have since ballooned from US$8 000 to US$16 000 as a result of accruing interests and legal fees.

PSL have been dragged into the matter as they are the custodian of Dynamos FC.
